The Sonostar Handheld 5CPL combines a convex, a linear and a phased-array transducer in a wireless device weighing just 230 g. The ultrasound image is transmitted via Wi-Fi to your tablet or smartphone.
Ideal for emergencies, home visits, medical practices and anywhere where there isn’t room for a large system.

Convex 3.2/5 MHz, Linear 7.5/10 MHz and Phased Array 2.5/5 MHz – from deep structures to near-surface regions with a single device.

Wireless via Wi-Fi

Image transmission via Wi-Fi to iOS, Android or Windows devices. The app is also available in German.

Puncture aid

Guidance lines for in-plane and out-of-plane puncture, highlighting of the needle tip and automatic vessel measurement.

Measurements & Cine

Length, area, angle and obstetric measurements. Cine memory with up to 1,000 images.

Battery & wireless charging

Approximately 2 hours’ operating time; wireless charging takes around 2 hours.

Image optimisation

Gain, dynamics, focus, depth, harmonic imaging and multi-stage noise reduction.
