Fully automatic upper arm BP monitor with one-button operation

The boso medicus uno measures blood pressure and pulse on the upper arm fully automatically using the oscillometric method and is operated with a single button. It is designed for self-measurement by patients, for example for handing out or recommending to hypertensive patients. A symbol indicates possible irregular heartbeats.

One-button operation

Start the measurement with a single key press; inflation, measurement and deflation run fully automatically.

Oscillometric on the upper arm

Systolic and diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate are measured on the upper arm.

Irregular pulse indicator

A symbol appears if an irregular heartbeat may have occurred during measurement, prompting a repeat measurement or medical evaluation.

Upper arm circumference 22–48 cm

Standard cuff for 22–32 cm included; for larger arms, a cuff up to 48 cm is optionally available.

Clinically tested to ISO 81060-2

Measurement accuracy has been confirmed in a clinical study according to ISO 81060-2.

Batteries or power adapter

Runs on 4 AA batteries (typically approx. 700 measurements); a power adapter is optionally available.
